How we work

We are a 100% remote team based in Portugal. We have no client-facing office — the registered address only serves as the company seat for fiscal purposes. We work with clients across Portugal.

This setup lets us bring the best professionals together regardless of geography, scale the team per project, and keep operating costs low — which translates into more competitive proposals for clients.

Our process

The team

Founding core with 14+ years of experience in web development, business integrations and internal operation — including stints in Scrum teams at Worten/SONAE and TLScontact (Teleperformance), on projects at national retail scale and global ecosystems. When the project calls for it, we mobilise a network of specialist freelancers — design, content, marketing, ads, DevOps — that we know and trust.
